A short-form workshop, run with Studio RAP / Lucas ter Hall, applying robotic clay 3D printing to a real building façade panel — from early test prints through a final fabricated and installed piece.

I worked through several rounds of print-parameter iteration — angle, pocket geometry, wall thickness, and how much overhang the printer could hold — to keep the design both printable and structurally sound, while avoiding visible support artifacts on the front shell. Once the final geometry was set, I helped drill, connect, and assemble the printed panel onto the building's brick façade.
